a.. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. NO
REFUNDS will be issued without one. No refunds will be issued after 90 days
of sale. No refunds are given on freight charges.
b.. All parts returned must be in original, as shipped condition. All
cores must be REBUILDABLE to receive a full refund. We will evaluate the
condition of the cores received, determine their condition, and issue
refunds according to their ability to be rebuilt or used as parts donors.
It is extremely important to return cores so that the next person will have
the same opportunity to obtain a rebuilt part as you have had.
